The restaurant's philosophy is rooted in a deep respect for nature and a passion for exceptional produce. Michelin-starred Chef Francesco Fezza and his team orchestrate with precision a cuisine that is sensitive, daring and sincere, where the flavours of the Mediterranean meet the demands of haute cuisine.

Each ingredient is selected with the greatest care, in line with the seasons and as close as possible to the land and the sea. Through delicate compositions, the Chef sublimates the products without ever altering them, to offer his guests a memorable sensory experience, between emotion and precision.

Mareluna is much more than a restaurant: it's an invitation to travel, an ode to taste and harmony, driven by a committed vision of gastronomy that is both contemporary and respectful of the environment.

At the service of emotion

Born in Italy, Michelin-starred chef Francesco Fezza initially trained in his country's cuisine at the Le Trabe* and I Portici* restaurants, before moving to Paris in 2016 to work in the kitchens of the Patio Opéra and then the prestigious Meurice Alain Ducasse.
Working alongside Japanese chef Ryuji Teshima, he explored and perfected his approach to Japanese gastronomy. Since March, he has been infusing his talent and passion at Mareluna, offering a cuisine imbued with authenticity, creativity and a sincere desire to please, a vision that has now earned him a star in the Michelin Guide.

 

Sweet delights

Every meal ends on a high note thanks to the refined desserts created by Pastry Chef Kevin Daraud, who combines creativity and technical mastery to create sweets that are as elegant as they are delicious. Each of his creations tells a story, in which seasonal ingredients blend harmoniously in delicate desserts, combining surprising textures and perfectly balanced flavours.
