Sound Yoga
Every Sunday at 8.30am in the gardens
In the heart of the Château's hanging gardens, as the light gently caresses the ancient stones, a moment of serenity opens up: sound yoga, guided by a passionate practitioner, invites you on an inner journey carried by the vibrations of Tibetan bowls.
Extend this moment of serenity with an exclusive breakfast, served outside in a privileged setting. A unique way to start the day, between sky, sea and consciousness.

Bike ride
A wild escape from the Château
From the gates of the Château, set off to discover l'Estérel by bike, between red rocks, fragrant paths and spectacular views over the Mediterranean. A route selected by our team takes you through unspoilt countryside, at your own pace, for a gentle immersion in the landscapes of the secret Riviera. Electric bikes available on request.
